Fund

Each note has one fixed APR, 18–24%, from its REC coverage. Early dollars earn 2x points, falling to 1x at fill. Exit before it fills for a 2.5% fee.

Build

Installer earns $0.33/W, plus $0.02/W for a one-day install. Customer gets solar + storage and a 50% smaller bill.

Repay

Day 90–120: Ameren rebates, the first REC check and the REC tail sold at 65% of face repay principal + interest in one payment.
